1. Be Respectful and Constructive

• **Treat Everyone with Respect:** Be respectful towards other users, Company staff, and moderators. Harassment, bullying, threats, degradation, or any form of aggressive behavior is prohibited.
• **No Hate Speech:** Hate speech, discrimination, or content/behavior promoting violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, age, or any other personal characteristic is strictly forbidden.
• **No Inappropriate Content:** Do not share or post sexually explicit, obscene, violent, graphic, or otherwise inappropriate content.

2. No Cheating or Unfair Advantages

• **No Cheating or Bots:** It is strictly prohibited to use or develop any cheats, bots, automation software, mods, or unauthorized third-party programs within the Application. This compromises the integrity of the simulation and provides an unfair advantage.
• **No Account Sharing:** Do not share your account with others or use other people's accounts. Each account belongs to a single user.
• **No Fraud or Deception:** Do not engage in any activity intended to defraud, deceive, or manipulate other users or the Company.
• **Do Not Exploit Security Vulnerabilities:** Do not exploit any security vulnerabilities or bugs you find within the Application. Instead, report them immediately to us at support@cryptoviptrade.com.

3. No Spam or Unwanted Commercial Activity

• **No Spam:** Do not spam by sending unsolicited messages, repetitive content, or unnecessary links.
• **No Unauthorized Advertising:** Do not advertise or promote any products, services, or websites within the Application without the Company's express written permission.
• **No Chain Letters or Pyramid Schemes:** Do not promote or participate in chain letters, pyramid schemes, or other fraudulent activities within the Application.

4. Privacy and Personal Information

• **Do Not Share Personal Information:** Do not post or share personally identifiable information (addresses, phone numbers, real names, financial information, etc.) of yourself or others without authorization.
• **No Impersonation:** Do not impersonate another user, a celebrity, Company staff, or any third party.

5. Comply with Laws

• **No Illegal Activities:** Do not use the Application to violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations. This may include intellectual property rights infringement, fraud, or cybercrime.

6. Reporting Violations

If you notice any behavior or content that violates these rules, please report it to us at support@cryptoviptrade.com. In your report, specify the type of violation, the username of the user involved (if any), and provide evidence (screenshots, messages, etc.).

7. Sanctions

Violation of these Community Guidelines may, at the Company's sole discretion, result in the following sanctions:

• Warnings
• Temporary account suspensions
• Permanent account terminations
• Restriction of access to certain features of the Application
• Legal action (if necessary)

The Company accepts no responsibility in the event of any violation, and all sanction decisions are final.

8. Company's Rights

The Company reserves the right to change or update these rules at any time. Your continued use of the Application signifies your acceptance of the updated rules. The Company has the final authority in the interpretation and enforcement of these rules.
