Copyright Policy and DMCA Notice

Outlines intellectual property rights and infringement notification procedures on CryptoVipTrade.

1. Copyright Ownership

The CryptoVipTrade simulation platform ("App") and all its content, features, and functionality, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, software, design, and all intellectual property rights used within the App (collectively, "Company Content"), are the exclusive property of CryptoVipTrade ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

2. Prohibited Use

Any copying, reproduction, distribution, sale, rental, lending, sublicensing, modification, adaptation, creation of derivative works, reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling of the Company Content or any material within the App without the express written permission of the Company is strictly prohibited. Such unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

3. Claims of Copyright Infringement (DMCA Notice)

We take claims of copyright infringement seriously. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable copyright laws, if you believe that your copyright is being infringed upon on or through the App, please contact our Designated Copyright Agent with a written notification containing the following information:

  • A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material.
  • Information reasonably sufficient to permit the complaining party to contact us, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address.
  • A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted on the App was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may send a written counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent, containing the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which the Company may be found; and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.

5. Repeat Infringers

The Company reserves the right to terminate, in its sole discretion, accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers.

6. Disclaimer

The Company is not responsible for copyright infringements of content posted by third parties within or through the App. All responsibility lies with the user who posts the content. The Company is not liable for any loss or damages arising from claims of copyright infringement.
