  • **Transaction Data (Virtual USD Purchases, Virtual Trade Records):**
    • **Purpose:** Transaction verification, accounting, auditing, simulation history analysis, fraud prevention.
    • **Retention Period:** Typically retained for 7-10 years or longer due to legal accounting and auditing requirements. Simulation trade records may be retained for analysis and operational purposes as long as your account is active and for a certain period thereafter (e.g., 3-5 years).
  • **Usage Data (IP Address, Device Information, App Activity):**
    • **Purpose:** Analyzing Service performance, troubleshooting, ensuring security, improving user experience.
    • **Retention Period:** Typically retained for 1-3 years, but anonymized or aggregated data may be retained for longer.
  • **Communication Records (Support Requests, Feedback):**
    • **Purpose:** Providing support, improving service quality, dispute resolution.
    • **Retention Period:** Typically retained for 3-7 years.
  • **Cookie Data:**
    • **Purpose:** Remembering user preferences, session management, analytics, advertising.

3. Anonymization and Aggregation of Data
