End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License

CryptoVipTrade ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial, educational, and entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions of this EULA. The App is licensed to you, not sold.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The App and all copies thereof are and shall remain the property of CryptoVipTrade, including all copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the App, only the right to use it in accordance with this EULA. All rights, title, and interest in and to the App or any portion thereof shall remain with the Company.

3. License Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, lease, lend, sublicense, modify, adapt, create derivative works of, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or any part thereof.
• Use the App for any commercial purpose or to provide commercial services to third parties.
• Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, or unauthorized purpose.
• Violate or tamper with the security of the App or related systems.
• Use or develop any cheats, bots, automation software, mods, or any unauthorized third-party programs in or with the App.
• Interfere with, overburden, or disrupt the operation of the App.
• Harass, threaten, discriminate against, or spread hate speech towards other users in or through the App.
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures of the App.

4. Virtual Items and Virtual Currency (Virtual USD)

• All virtual items within the App (e.g., Virtual USD, virtual cryptocurrencies, achievements, rankings) are for simulation purposes only and have no real monetary value.
• These virtual items cannot be exchanged for, withdrawn as, or transferred outside the platform as real currency, goods, or services.
• The Company reserves the right to modify, adjust, or remove virtual items, virtual currencies, their prices, or availability at any time without prior notice.

5. Updates and Modifications

The Company may provide patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications ("Updates") to the App at any time, with or without notice. These Updates may be automatically installed. Your continued use of the App signifies your acceptance of these Updates. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or functionality of the App.

6. Third-Party Services and Data Processing

The App may utilize third-party software, services, or APIs ("Third-Party Services") to provide functionality, enhance performance, process payments, provide analytics, and for other operational purposes.

• **Data Processing:** These Third-Party Services may collect, process, and store data related to your use of the App (e.g., authentication information via Google OAuth, transaction details via payment providers, usage data via analytics providers).
• **Disclaimer of Responsibility:** The Company is not responsible for the data collection, processing, or privacy practices of these Third-Party Services. The use of such services is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms of service. The Company is not responsible for any data processing activities that Third-Party Services may perform outside of the Company's direct knowledge or control. Users, by using the App, accept the use of these Third-Party Services and related data processing.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. All risks associated with the use of the App are borne by you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, data loss, or other intangible losses) arising from your use or inability to use the App. The Company accepts no responsibility whatsoever in connection with the use of the App.

9. Termination of EULA

This EULA will remain in effect until terminated by either you or the Company. The Company may terminate this EULA at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using the App.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Malta for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to this EULA or the App.
