1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the CryptoVipTrade platform ("Service") "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Nature of the Service

CryptoVipTrade is a cryptocurrency trading simulation platform designed solely for educational, entertainment, and practice purposes. It allows users to simulate cryptocurrency trading using real-time market data but with virtual currency ("Virtual USD").

• No Real Money Trading: The Service does not involve real money trading, investment, or actual cryptocurrency transactions. All gains and losses within the simulation are virtual and have no real financial value.
• Real-time Data (Simulated): While we strive to provide accurate, real-time market data for a realistic simulation experience, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data. Market data is provided for informational purposes only and should not be used for real financial decisions. Furthermore, to enhance the simulation experience or manage system load, the Company reserves the right to manipulate or use artificial data for market prices, volumes, and other parameters at any time without notice.
• Virtual USD: Users are provided with an initial balance of Virtual USD. Additional Virtual USD packages can be purchased with real money, but these purchases only add to your virtual balance within the simulation and cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for real currency, or used outside the platform.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and identification.
• Promptly update your registration data and any other information you provide to us.
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

4. Virtual USD Purchases

Users may purchase additional Virtual USD packages to increase their virtual trading balance. These purchases are non-refundable and are solely for enhancing the simulation experience. They do not represent any real-world asset or investment. By purchasing Virtual USD, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Virtual USD has no monetary value outside the CryptoVipTrade platform.
• Purchases are final and non-refundable.
• CryptoVipTrade reserves the right to modify the pricing, features, or availability of Virtual USD packages at any time.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Engage in any activity that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of CryptoVipTrade and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. CryptoVipTrade does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CryptoVipTrade, its affiliates, directors, employees, or agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (iii) any content obtained from the Service; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Malta, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Malta for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page or through other appropriate communication channels. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
